Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that some clearance and custom items are final sale.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, HedgeApple only ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number for a replacement or refund.
